Each of these unique modalities can support the body through movement, guided breath, reiki or energy/Chakra balancing to inspire ease from stress or discomfort. Additionally, decrease stress, fatigue, improve circulation, eliminate toxins and support sleep.Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage blends various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger-point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral) to help reduce aches, pain and discomfort. In addition, it creates space in the body which helps decrease stress, fatigue, improve circulation, eliminate toxins, support flexibility, mobility and sleep and enhance immunity.
