Cancellation/Reschedule Agreement: By confirming your class/appointment, you agree to provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule so time reserved may be made available to another patron. Online deals, gift certificates or similar require a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule or the voucher is forfeited. All class or appointment cancellations received less than 24-hours will be assessed a fee for the full service amount.
