Service: | Small Group Tai-Chi change Each class begins with easy warm up and body preparation. It finishes with gentle stretch, qigong, or relaxation. Tai-Chi supports flexibility, balance, stability, improves strength, aerobic conditioning and helps to regulate blood pressure. Classes are great for all ages and levels, are small group, and begin Monday, May 13, 2024. Relaxed attire encouraged. Classesare outside and weather permitted. |
