Service:Small Group Pilates Mat Training change

Most exercises are performed in a slow to medium pace. The slow tempo of Pilates mat training places it on the very low-risk for injury level, and can be done by people who already struggle with back-pain or cardiovascular diseases. 

The training is guided through proper breathing to stimulate blood circulation, improves oxygen, increases body awareness. Although Pilates focuses on the core, it also engages use of the whole body inspiring general fitness and improved posture and alignment. The most important benefit of Pilates mat training is stronger core muscles responsible for stability of the spine

Classes are great for all ages and levels, are small group, and begin Monday, May 13, 2024. Bring your yoga matt. As well as gym/yoga attire encouraged. Classes are outside, and weather permitted.
